Studio Network Overview
Kinos Rentals offers a versatile studio network in the Helsinki region for film, TV, commercial and virtual production. Studios range from 190 m² city locations to expandable 1200 m² production facilities, all with strong technical infrastructure and flexible setups.
All studios are centrally located and supported by services such as virtual production, wardrobe & makeup facilities, and production-friendly on-site solutions.
Kinos Studio & Event Space — Tukkutori / 190 m² (with VP-services)
Located at Vanha Talvitie 10 next to Kinos Rentals in central Helsinki, with excellent accessibility.
A 190 m² open-plan Studio / Event Space with flexible daylight options via large windows and full production support on site. Kitchen, wardrobe, makeup, shower and toilet facilities available.
On-site Virtual Production (VP) capabilities are available through our partner Formlös. A wardrobe & makeup trailer or truck is often available on location and can be placed directly in front of the studio to extend working space when needed.

Located at Laivakatu 5, street level in central Helsinki. Can be rented as a whole or split into two sections.
Includes white cyclorama, chroma green wall, lounge area, kitchen, and wardrobe & makeup facilities.

Located near Helsinki-Vantaa Airport with excellent access for local and international productions.
Expandable studio from 440 m² up to 1200 m², designed for large-scale builds, flexible production use, and larger virtual production setups via our partner network. Includes black molton surround, modular infrastructure, make-up stations, and kitchen facilities.

Facilities
Kinos Garage – indoor parking for production vehicles between shoot days
Located in the Tukkutori area, Kinos Garage offers a safe and warm storage solution for production vehicles (one truck or up to two Box vans) and equipment. Power outlets and battery charging points are available, as well as facilities for drying gear. Equipment doesn’t need to be unpacked or repacked between shoot days – saving work hours and helping your crew stay refreshed.
